1. Online by visiting website :www.ccdr.co.in by credit or debit card.
2. By depositing Cash or Cheque as registration amount at any AXIS Bank /ATM on center account No.912020026287416 in the name of 'Centre for Chronic disease and Research'. And send the photocopy of cash slip / cheque to C.C.D.R. & also mail the details to sanjivjha72@gmail.com.
3. By D.D. in favour of 'Centre for Chronic Disease & Research' payable at Indore and send to CCDR ADDRESS,
